T. Michael Farley PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, FHM

Dr. Farley grew up near Indianola, Iowa, and received both his BS and PharmD degrees from the University of Iowa. He completed a PGY1 general hospital residency at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY, and a PGY2 internal medicine residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Dr. Farley currently practices a member of the hospitalist team at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City and teaches at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. His practice interests include diabetes, anticoagulation, gastrointestinal and infectious diseases.
