Swati Gaur MD, CMD, MBA, is a Medical Director and the founder of Palliative Care Program at Northeast Georgia Health System. Dr. Gaur did her Fellowship in Geriatrics from University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is a physician leader and educator for Antibiotic stewardship program in LTC with Northeast Georgia Health System and currently a member of AMDA’s Infection Advisory Committee.
