Suzie Bailey ILM, MSc

Suzie is Director of Leadership and Quality Improvement at NHS Improvement. She first joined the NHS in 1992 and has worked operationally in acute, community and mental healthcare.

Suzie is a Health Foundation Generation Q Fellow and has a MSc. in Leadership for Quality Improvement. Through an innovative partnership with the Dartmouth Institute in Massachusetts, supported by the Health Foundation, Suzie and her team created the Sheffield Microsystem Coaching Academy to develop staff capability for improvement across Sheffield.
