Susan Michlovitz PT, PhD, CHT

Susan Michlovitz, PT, PhD, CHT is a physical therapist and certified hand therapist who specializes in the hand and upper extremity and works with artists, musicians, and photographers. She loves to teach, learn and mentor. Over her 44-year career as a physical therapist, Sue has been on the faculties of Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, and Hahnemann University and currently is an Adjunct Associate Professor, at the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine, Program in Physical Therapy, Columbia University. She has published textbooks, journal articles, and book chapters and currently serves as an Associate Editor, of the Journal of Hand Therapy. Sue was the 2013 President of the American Society of Hand Therapists and as served an Affiliate Member of the Board of the American Association for Hand Surgery.
