Dr. Sunita Srivastava is a board-certified vascular surgeon at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Srivastava attended the Bronx HS of Science and obtained a Bachelor of Arts with honors at New York University. She completed her medical school and residency at HSC Syracuse (Upstate) and served as Clinical Instructor in Trauma, Critical Care, and Burns prior to completion of her Vascular Fellowship. Her training at the University of Rochester included a year of Interventional Radiology in addition to Vascular Surgery. She also completed an international endovascular fellowship at the University of Malmo, Sweden.

Dr. Srivastava's interests include open and endovascular therapy for aortic, brachiocephalic, and lower extremity vascular disease. She has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters. She serves as the Quality Director and Radiation Safety Representative for the Division of Vascular Surgery. She has multiple roles in the Coding and Reimbursement arena for the Society for Vascular Surgery and the AMA CPT Panel. She speaks nationally on optimal coding strategies and complex vascular surgery. She works with her patients to create personalized medical, minimally invasive, and open surgical options.
