Sung Hee Cho

Dr. Sung Hee Cho currently holds the position of Associate Professor in Counseling Department at the Undergraduate and Graduate School of Counseling, Baekseok University, Korea. She also holds the position of Director at the Student Guidance and Counseling Center of the University. As clinical psychologist and addiction counselor specialized in Addiction and Motivational Interviewing Dr. Cho has been working in the field for over 20 years. She used to work at the National Psychiatric Hospital of Korea over 16 years, involved in substance treatment programs.

As MI trainer, she has been involved in program development and training workshop for professionals in the field of behavior addiction as well as substance addiction. She served as vice-president of the Korean Association of Addiction Professionals (KAAP) and currently serves as an advisor for College Students’ Gambling Prevention Program under the Gambling Prevention and Control Agency of Korea.
