Sumaya Abdulla Al Marzouqi

Dr Sumaya Abdulla Al Marzouqi works as SHS Operation Manager,Coordinator and Acting Director of School Health Services in Al Ain. She assists the Director of school health (DSH) in providing professional leadership and strategic direction to the school Health services. She obtained her Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration from Zayed University in affiliation with Arizona State University, University of Houston-Clear Lake & University of Kentucky.She has wide knowledge in the development of policies, guidelines, and protocols, for the health services. As a member of the SHS executive team, she assists in the implementation of plans, projects, and programs to meet the critical success factors of the health service, health provider teams and the organization. She is also responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring systems and strategies within the nursing department to achieve and maintain compliance with accreditation and licensing standards.
