Sue Harris Jenkins MS

Sue Jenkins is Director of Kaizen for Surrey and Sussex Healthcare. Sue has a 35-year career within the NHS and in her most recent role has developed and implemented SASH+, which is a management system with an inbuilt quality improvement methodology across the organization which has been a key contributor to moving the Trust from being the worst-performing in the country in 2010 to one of the best. This has been acknowledged by an outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission, received in January 2019.
