Sue Butts-Dion is a Quality Improvement Advisor with over twenty years of consulting experience in the health care industry. She has successfully supported clients, including hospital systems and physician practices, in planning and implementing improvement objectives. Sue has successfully facilitated and served as faculty for collaborative learning initiatives since the early 1990’s. She currently is the Program Director for the Maine Patient-Centered Medical Home Pilot, aimed at supporting the collaboration of twenty six primary care practices in transforming to a new and improved model of care. Her areas of expertise include improvement planning, performance improvement training, coaching support and group facilitation.
