Stewart Cruikshank

Stewart was previously a competitive Weightlifter, representing Great Britain at world and European Championship level. He represented England at the 1994, 1998 and 2002 Commonwealth Games, achieving two Silver and three Bronze medals and, in doing so, set British records at his weight; these records still stand today.

Stewart now works as the Technical Director at Pristine Condition International Ltd, who, with their innovative Manual Handling training solutions derived from Olympic Weightlifting techniques, continue to reduce Manual Handling incidents in the workplace.
