Steven M. Marks PhD

Steven Marks has more than 20 years of experience working with big and small pharma/biotech/device companies and global communications companies in the medical education, public relations, and advertising sectors. He has led editorial project teams comprising key opinion leaders, physicians, research scientists, nurses, pharmacists, and representatives of medical affairs, legal, regulatory, marketing, and sales departments. 

Steven’s professional and consumer healthcare education programs, monographs, videos, and slide sets have been recognized by such bodies as TimeLife Health, the Telly Awards, AEGIS, and the Public Relations Society of America. 

Steven received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in All Subjects from Cornell University, where he majored in the History of Science and studied biology with William Keaton and astronomy with Carl Sagan. He also has received a Masters in Fine Arts degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. Steven is a member of the American Medical Writers Association and the National Association of Science Writers.
