Steven Jax PhD

Steven A. Jax received a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, USA, in 1999, and a Ph.D. degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA, USA, in 2005. He has been employed at Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute, first as a Postdoctoral Fellow and now as an Institute Scientist. Work in his Perceptual-Motor Control Laboratory investigates how cognitive and perceptual processes affect movement production in healthy and stroke populations. He has received grants from the National Institutes of Health and the Albert Einstein Society.
