Mr. Lubeski is currently Global Security Senior Manager at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where he leads Crisis Response, Global Business Continuity Planning as well as Supply Chain Security. Prior to Alexion, Mr. Lubeski worked in the San Francisco Bay area as a Senior Emergency Management Planner, where he collaborated on several large security initiatives for DHS with the Bay Area UASI including catastrophic response planning, development of a multi-year training and exercise plan, and port security planning for the ports of Oakland and San Francisco. He served on the Exercise Design Team for the City and County of San Francisco and has designed and supported HSEEP-compliant exercises including TopOff, Golden Guardian, and Urban Shield.
