Dr. Timmis graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine after which he completed his residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center.
He served as Chief Cardiology Fellow during his Cardiovascular Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and then completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship as Chief Fellow at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
Dr. Timmis is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is a member of the American Heart Association and the Michigan State Medical Society. He currently serves as Director of the Coronary Care Unit at Royal Oak Beaumont.
His knowledge and experience are being utilized in the areas of Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Timmis sees patients at the Southfield office and is on staff at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and Troy.
