Stephen Long

Mr. Stephen Long working as a Medicare Compliance Officer for Peoples Health, Stephen Long is responsible for ensuring the company’s Medicare health plans remain compliant with all state and federal regulations. In this capacity, he directs the development and implementation of the Peoples Health Compliance Program. With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Salem State College, Long began his health care career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. After relocating to New Orleans, Long joined Peoples Health in 1997 and has held positions in billing & enrollment, claims to process and has served as the Medicare Compliance Officer since 2003.
