Stephen Lewis PhD

Dr Stephen Lewis is an associate professor in clinical psychology at the University of Guelph in Ontario. His research and understanding of Non-suicidal Self-injury have gained global renown. Dr Lewis is president of the International Society for the Study of Self-injury and co-director of Self-injury Outreach and Support. He co-created SiOS to provide internationally accessible resources to people with a living/lived experience of self-injury. SiOS also assists clinicians, families, friends, and other support channels on the road to recovery.
