Stephen Jones MD, PhD

Dr Stephen Jones (MD, PhD) is currently the Vice?Chair of Research and Academic Affairs in the Diagnostic Radiology Department of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Having completed Medical School at Tufts University in Boston, Dr Jones then continued his medical training, including a Fellowship in Neuroradiology, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Before becoming a specialist neuroradiologist, Dr Jones received his PhD in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University. With his current work in the field of MRI, Dr Jones has been able to combine both the scientific and clinical aspects of his many years of education. The specialty interests of Dr Jones include epilepsy, fMRI, Traumatic brain injury (TBI), and brain connectivity. Dr Jones is a widely published author and has received numerous awards and honours, including First Prize for his presentation at the 6th Annual Symposium on Ultrahigh Field Magnetic Resonance held in Berlin in 2015.
