Stephen Carter BEng, MPhil

Stephen works as a UK and European patent attorney, building on a degree and MPhil in mechanical engineering from University of Bath, focusing on the engineering field. He have particular experience in medical devices, automotive/transport, outdoor and sports equipment, and software.

His practice concentrates on patent filing and prosecution (including oppositions and appeals), portfolio management and strategic IP planning. Stephen also does a substantial amount of design protection work and have experience in IP due diligence and patent litigation support.
