Stephen Augustyn BSc

Stephen is responsible for the delivery of Team’s outstanding capability in device engineering. Stephen’s experience in working at all stages of the development process has enabled him to develop a group of engineers that can rise to any mechanical engineering challenge that Team face.
Before joining Team, Stephen worked as a freelance design consultant for 11 years working for blue-chip companies in the UK, Europe and the USA. This experience included five years working with a multinational pharmaceutical company developing new drug delivery products. Since joining Team, Stephen has been responsible for the management and delivery of a wide variety of medical and surgical products and his broad range of experience means that he is often called to review the work of other project teams. Stephen has a BSc (Hons) in Design and Technology from Loughborough University.
