Stephanie L. Wetzel DDS

Dr. Wetzel hails from Montana and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After a short stint as a general dentist in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Wetzel traveled to New York and completed her pathology training at the largest oral and maxillofacial pathology biopsy service in the country, New York Hospital of Queens. Prior to going to Atlanta Oral Pathology, she returned to her alma mater in Minnesota where she was a faculty member in the School of Dentistry. Dr. Wetzel participated in an active biopsy service and was Director of the Oral Pathology Patient Clinic. She lectures to dental groups nationally on her specialty. Fulfilling a much-needed service, Dr. Wetzel has a clinical practice treating patients with oral mucosal diseases and difficult oral pathology.
