Stephanie A. Calmes PhD, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS

Stephanie Calmes, Ph.D., LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, is the Clinical Director of SUD/Dual Services at Harbor Behavioral Health, a large behavioral health care provider in northwest Ohio. With nearly 15 years of experience in detox, residential, outpatient, and intensive outpatient treatment of individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, Dr. Calmes directs and supervises all Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programming and the clinical staff providing treatment to those who are seeking recovery. This includes not only outpatient care for youth and adults, but also two women’s residential treatment programs.

Dr. Calmes obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from Miami University (Oxford, OH), and both her Masters in Community Counseling and Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Toledo. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement, as well as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor Clinical Supervisor in the state of Ohio.
