Stefan Becker MD, MBA

Dr. Stefan Becker, MD, MBA works as an associate professor and senior clinical physician at the University Hospital Essen. He specialized in internal medicine, nephrology, and diabetology. He completed postgraduate business studies at The Open University (UK). As head of the NephroTeTe – group (telemedical technologies for supporting the intersectoral care of nephrological patients), his research activity focuses on the development and evaluation of novel strategies to improve drug therapy and –safety. He rolled out one of the most popular and best studied mobile applications in the field – the “iNephro Medication Plan”.
