Stacy Keding BA, PhD

Stacy is a Director of Strategic Competitive Intelligence, Dr. Keding is responsible for leading a team of CI analysts within Lilly Research Laboratories and has accountability for developing and delivering competitive assessments and strategic insights to project teams and company executives. She leads the strategy to continually evolve internal CI capabilities and influence use of CI in portfolio management decisions.
Prior to her role in CI, she was instrumental in creating and implementing Lilly’s STEM Education Strategy through The Lilly Foundation. Dr. Keding began her career at Lilly in 2004 as a medicinal chemist focused on drug discovery within neuroscience and endocrine therapeutic areas. She has multiple publications and issued patents and has delivered five molecules into clinical development. Dr. Keding received her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
