Staci Hargraves BS

Staci Hargraves is Vice President of Operations, Portfolio, and Strategy at Janssen, the Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the strategy that drives operational excellence within Janssen Research & Development. Staci also serves as the Chief of Staff for the Janssen R&D Chief Operating Officer where she ensures alignment across several drug development functions.

Prior to joining Janssen in 2017, Staci was the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals where she led a diverse group of operational functions that supported the organizations' clinical trials. She has a talent for successfully obtaining employee involvement and motivating cross-functional teams.
