Stacey Schaab MBA

Dr. Stacey Schaab joined Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 2009, in the role of Performance Improvement.

Prior to her coming to Johns Hopkins, Stacey had extensive experience in leading nursing facilities, as administrator, with expertise in survey readiness and culture change. Stacey has over twenty-five years of experience in the medical field.

Dr. Stacey obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University with a focus on medical journalism and interpersonal communication, an associate’s degree of Registered Nurse from the University of St. Francis and a M.B.A. with an emphasis on finance and servant leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Dr. Stacey has developed an exceptional background in people and project Management and a professional style based on excellent interpersonal communication skills. Stacey has her six sigma green belt, safety officer certification and has presented projects at the Maryland Patient Safety Conference. Stacey has also received her Certification for Professionals in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and most recently presented at the Premier National Conference on the Resilience In Stressful Events (RISE) program that focuses on the second victim.
