Srivani has a MS in Chemistry from Western Michigan University, USA and MSc in Biochemistry from Andhra University, India. She brings 12 years of experience in Program and project management areas, Biopharmaceutical Development, and Quality Control with Cipla Biotec Pvt. Ltd (a 100% Cipla Ltd. Subsidiary), Dr. Reddy’s laboratories in India where she managed several Global programs. She has Hands-on experience with state-of-the art analytical tools and managed analytical technology transfers, analytical method validations, batch release, QMS, Audits and Compliance, equipment/software qualification and validation. She has experience in regulatory audits (ANVISA, ANMAT, INVIMA, EMEA (QP), WHO, MoH-Iran, GCC, ISO14001:2004 etc.) and various MNC customer audits. She is a certified trainer on Root Cause Failure Analysis tool.
