Spyridon G. Doukakis BSc, BEng, MSc, PhD

Dr Spyros Doukakis ’s research and teaching have focused on Neuroeducation, Didactics of Computer Science and Mathematics, Adult Education and Distance Learning. Dr. Doukakis is a member of Bioinformatics and Human Electrophysiology Lab (BiHELab) at Ionian University. He holds a BSc Degree in Mathematics and a BEng in Informatics Engineering. He holds also three MSc Degrees, one in Computer Communication and Networks, one in Basic and Applied Cognitive Science, and one in Education. He earned his Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on the use of digital tools. He holds the position of Special Advisor for Teacher Training at the Institute of Educational Policy and the position of Academic and Development Advisor at Pierce-The American College of Greece.
