Soultan Al-halifa PhD

Soultan Al-Halifa, PhD, is a Director of R&D in Biopharmaceutical Chemistry at Feldan Therapeutics, where he leads the design and development of innovative systemic delivery solutions for biologics and advanced therapeutics. With progressive experience spanning research, project management, and R&D leadership, he plays a central role in advancing Feldan’s delivery platforms from early research through preclinical development, with a strong focus on translational impact and manufacturability.

Soultan holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Montpellier, with specialized training in soft biomaterials and nanomaterials, and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Avignon Université. He completed his postdoctoral research at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), where he worked on peptide-based nanoparticles for biomedical applications. His scientific expertise bridges molecular engineering, organic and industrial chemistry, and nanotechnology, enabling the rational design of delivery systems at the interface of chemistry, biology, and medicine.
