Sophie Durand

Sophie started her career in investment banking, including 4 years in the biotechnology sector at Bryan, Garnier, and Kepler. She has worked for biotechnology companies in various therapeutic areas and has executed numerous transactions such as IPOs (BioAlliancePharma, Medicrea), capital increases (Transgene), block reclassifications (Stedim), private placements (Trophos) as well as mergers and acquisitions.

She then continued in the investment banking business at HSBC and then in financial communication and investor relations at a major French bank, BPCE. In parallel with her role at BPCE, Sophie became involved four years ago in the CSP Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting research on rare liver disease. Within the CSP Fund, she has been particularly focused on promoting the research conducted in Saint-Antoine by developing contacts and partnerships with industry while overseeing the evolution of the research program through weekly interactions with the team of research.
