Sophia I. Vogiatzidakis DO

Dr. Sophia Vogiatzidakis is a graduate of Rutgers University Summa cum lade, with a degree in both Biological Sciences and Psychology. She obtained her degree in osteopathic medicine from Rowan University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ and continued her residency training at Jefferson Health, NJ.

During Dr. Vogiatzidakis’ residency, she developed a passion for osteopathic manipulative medicine, otherwise known as OMM, in the pregnant patient, due to the many health benefits that she has witnessed after the completion of this treatment. She has also developed a special interest in vaginal and laparoscopic surgery with the firm belief that vaginal surgeries have become a lost art in the field of gynecology. She provides excellence in patient-focused care and is ambitious about the connections she builds with her patients and the pleasure she holds in keeping them healthy, while providing effective and safe medicine.

Dr. Vogiatzidakis has many affiliations including, but not limited to American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology, board eligible, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to her office and surgical practice, she is the clerkship director for Rowan SOM third year medical students, a member of the program evaluation committee for Rowan SOM’s OBGYN Residency program as well as a member of the student academic progress committee for Rowan SOM.
