Sonir Roberto Rauber Antonini MD, PhD

Sonir Antonini was graduated in Medicine at the federal Federal University of Santa Maria (1991), master's at Paediatrics from University of Sao Paulo (1997) and doctorate at Pediatrics from University of Sao Paulo (2001). Post-doctoral fellowship in the Univesity of Montreal under the supervison of Professor Andre Lacroix supervision. Presently is Associate Professor in Pediatric Endocrinology at the Department of Pediatrics in the School of Medicine of Ribeirao Preto, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Main research areas are the study of the molecular basis of endocrine diseases as adrenal tumor, mineralocorticoid resistance, precocious puberty, congenital hypopituitarism and adiponectin gene mutations.
