Snehal Rudresh Bhatt MD

Dr. Snehal Rudresh Bhatt, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He is board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Additionally, he is currently involved in projects to build capacity to treat opioid use disorders within rural New Mexico and to train all United States Public Health Service officers in the management of chronic pain and substance use disorders. Dr. Bhatt is passionate about improving access to care, especially among underserved populations, and about investigating new, cutting-edge approaches to treatment.
