Dr. Siribha Changsirikulchai is an Associate Professor of Nephrology at Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand. She is a senior consultant nephrologist and chief of Division of Nephrology at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center which is a university-based hospital at Nakhonnayok province. She has been members in committees involved in academic activities and policy management such as the Royal College Physicians of Thailand, Nephrology Society of Thailand, National Health Security Office, Renal service plan of region 4. She is interested in improving quality of care for patients with kidney diseases. She developed an electronic database named DPEX (Database of Peritoneal dialysis in EXcel) for PD units use to monitor outcomes of peritoneal dialysis. Currently, she developed another electronic database named STAR (Start To Alert chronic Renal disease) for health care personnel to monitor patients with chronic kidney disease who used NSAIDs or herbs. She has been co-investigators in multicenter study in national and international levels, for example a cohort of CKD patients with high risk for cardiovascular events or renal disease progression, Thailand Glomerular Research Network, ASEAN PD Registry, SEA-GN. She also dedicated to review articles submitted to Nephrology, Peritoneal Dialysis International, and BMC nephrology journals.
