Sion Parry BSc(Hons), MSc, PhD

Sion obtained an honours degree in Sports Science from Liverpool John Moore's University in 2010 before completing his MSc in Sport Physiology at the same institution in 2011. Following this, Sion undertook a PhD studentship at Loughborough University in 2013 investigating the metabolic responses to acute high-fat overfeeding and obesity in humans. Following completion of this studentship Sion has been based in the Metabolic Research Group at the University of Oxford where he is working with Leanne Hodson investigating the influence of dietary factors on liver fat accumulation and metabolism.
