Simon P. G. Padley MBBS, MRCP, FRCP, FRCR

Professor Simon Padley is a Consultant Radiologist at OneWelbeck Lung Health, specialising in advanced thoracic and vascular imaging and intervention, and general body imaging.

Professor Padley has a record in imaging research, extending over 30 years, resulting in more than 130 peer-reviewed publications based on imaging and interventional related subjects. He is a Professor of Practice in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in the Lung Division for the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College, London.

He studied physiology at King’s College London, he undertook medicine at Westminster Hospital Medical School in 1984.  He continued his training in radiology at Addenbrooke’s, Papworth, and Westminster hospitals. From 1991 to 1992, he undertook thoracic imaging fellowship at Vancouver General Hospital, Canada.
