Dr. Sikawat Thanaviratananich, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist at Cleveland Clinic's Sleep Disorders Center. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad spectrum of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, hypersomnia, narcolepsy, REM sleep behavior disorder, and other neurological conditions that affect sleep. Dr. Thanaviratananich is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Dr. Thanaviratananich earned his medical degree from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. He completed neurology residency training at Saint Louis University and Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Case Medical Center, followed by fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine, Epilepsy at Case Western Reserve University, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Michigan Health System. He joined the Cleveland Clinic staff in 2024.
