Shunsei Hirohata

Shunsei Hirohata graduated from The University of Tokyo School of Medicine in 1980 and joined the Department of Medicine and Physical Therapy. He performed his postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas between 1986-1988. He was appointed as an associated professor at Teikyo University School of Medicine in 1992, and to the professorship at Kitasato University School of Medicine in 2006. His research interest is Rheumatology, Infectious Diseases, Central nervous system lupus, and Immunology.
