Shnehal Patel MD, MPH

Shnehal Patel, MD is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in movement disorders. His special interests include Parkinson’s disease, Essential Tremor, Huntington disease and dystonia. Dr. Patel is trained in providing botulinum toxin injections for chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blephoraspasm, head tremor and spasticity.
Dr. Patel chose a career in movement disorders because of his love of caring for people. He’s committed to understanding your condition and how he can support you and your family. Dr. Patel received his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed his neurology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Hospital in Miami, Florida, where he also served as chief resident. His movement disorders fellowship training was completed at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio.
