Shirin Dasgupta MD, DipRCPath

Dr. Shirin Dasgupta, MD, DipRCPath, is a pathologist, clinician-scientist, and academician at the Dr. B. C. Roy Multi-Speciality Medical Research Centre, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. A Gold Medalist in MD (Pathology), she is also a Diplomate Member of the Royal College of Pathologists (UK) after successfully completing the Part I FRCPath examination in Histopathology. She combines expertise in diagnostic pathology with a strong commitment to medical education, translational research, and the integration of advanced technologies into pathology practice.

Dr. Dasgupta's research interests include histopathology, molecular pathology, cancer biomarkers, cytogenetics, and digital pathology.
