Sherwin Sheik is a Digital Health Entrepreneur and CEO of CareLinx, a nationwide in-home care platform with over 500,000 professional tech-enabled care providers that can be dispatched on-demand to patients' homes. CareLinx has successfully developed and scaled in-home personal care programs for both health plan and provider sponsors that improved health outcomes while reducing the cost of care for geriatric and high-risk patients with chronic conditions. CareLinx's innovative approach amplifies the effectiveness of remote telehealth clinical teams by using tech-enabled care providers who serve as their eyes, ears, and arms in the homes of patients.

The CareLinx platform is enabling the healthcare industry to scalably dispatch intermittent on-demand care providers into the homes of patients while leveraging technology that facilitates remote patient monitoring, rich health data capture, population health analytics, and the enabling of real-time care coordination with remote clinical teams.

CareLinx was acquired in 2017 by Generali, a Global Fortune 50 Company and one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers. Established in 1831, Generali is present in 50 countries around the world with nearly 72,000 employees serving 61 million customers. CareLinx is continuing to operate under its own established brand with Sherwin Sheik continuing to lead the company as CEO.

Prior to founding CareLinx, Sherwin worked within the healthcare industry at Fortune 100 healthcare corporations in Corporate Finance, as well as a Healthcare Investor/Analyst/Portfolio Manager for Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, and Investment Banks.
