Shelly Rodrigues MA, CAE (Ret), FACEHP

Shelly B. Rodrigues has spent more than 30 years in association management, medical education, communications, and organizational development. With Mary W. Ales, MBA, FACEHP, she co-founded Mosaica Solutions, LLC, a woman-owned and operated company, in 2020, with a mission to re-imagine health care for patients, communities, and those delivering care, steeped in the philosophy of listening, engaging, and then creating. Mosaica Solutions partners have a combined 50+ years of health care association management experience, including education design and delivery, leadership and strategic development, communications, quality and performance improvement, and policy development.

Shelly brings her leadership and journalistic training, plus strategic planning and communications prowess to any project. She served as the Executive Vice President of the California Academy of Family Physicians for 28+ years, and as the director of its Foundation for more than 15 years. Shelly was the 2013 Chair of the Alliance's Annual Conference Committee, awarded ACEHP Fellowship in 2012, received the Maitland Award in 2022, and continues to volunteer as faculty for ACEHP, AAFP, AAMSE, and others.
