Dr. Sheldon L. Herring, PhD, is a 1983 graduate of the University of Arizona with a post-doctoral internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He specializes in the neuropsychological sequelae of traumatic brain injury, stroke, and related neurological disorders and the rehabilitation of persons with cognitive impairment. Dr. Herring is the Chief of the Division of Behavioral, Social, and Population Health Science and also serves as the Clinical Director of the Outpatient Traumatic Brain Injury and Young Stroke Programs of Roger C. Peace Rehab Hospital, part of Prisma Health. Current service includes: Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of America, member. Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists Board of Governors- Chair.
