Shayma Alzaidi, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist, researcher, and educator based in Boston, Massachusetts. She currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist at Tufts Medical Center and serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Shayma is also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where her work focuses on medication safety, pharmacy outcomes research, and pharmacy informatics. Her clinical training includes a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she gained advanced expertise in the care of critically ill patients and complex medication management. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from the Medical University of South Carolina and further enhanced her skills through the Program in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Shayma is dedicated to optimizing medication use, improving patient safety, and advancing evidence-based pharmacy practice through research, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
