Michelle Walters

Michelle Walters was born and raised in Westphalia, Missouri. She graduated from Fatima High School in Westphalia in 1995. She then moved to Jefferson City to attend Columbia College and has resided there ever since. Michelle’s vast employment history -- from a Shift Manager at McDonald to an Assistant House Manager at a Residential Care Facility to a Customer Service Specialist for a credit reporting agency -- has prepared her to be ready for any event that may come at her.

Michelle began her career with MHCA in September of 2005 where she trained in several areas of the office until finding her passion in the education department. As Director of Education, Meetings & Events, Michelle strives to provide MHCA members with the most up-to-date educational offerings throughout the year and make each year’s Mid Year Conference and Annual Convention more unique and better than the last. She works closely with the District presidents, helping with their business meetings, Golden Age Games, Pageants, and other events throughout the year.
