Shashi has Extensive drug discovery and development experience in a highly matrixed biopharmaceutical environment with major focus on nonclinical discovery and regulatory toxicology leadership. His Leadership experience in nonclinical and clinical (Translational) precision medicine and biomarker strategies and operations across multiple disease areas and therapeutic modalities including biomarker discovery and development. Extensive participation and interactions with research, clinical and regulatory project teams as well as external collaborators and contract organizations.
He has Strong academic background (15+ years) with publications record and experience in presenting research to internal and external stakeholders and scientific audiences. 10+ years of strong management skills managing a team or group or scientists and experience leading multidisciplinary teams
