It has been her pleasure in her role in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida, to perform scholarship, teaching, and management activities. She has a strong background in research training, and She is a licensed physical therapist. She has a special talent for writing systematic reviews and performing meta-analyses. She has performed numerous complex human motion and clinical gait studies in populations ranging from pediatrics, spine pain, arthritis, athletically injured, and at-risk groups for musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. She has experience engaging directly with patients and families and has accrued real-life working knowledge of clinical conditions and how to manage them through various lifestyle approaches. Her ultimate goal is to help people make small improvements in their lives every day! On a personal note, She enjoys throwing out parties on weekends with friends when her husband does most of the cooking. she loves playing with her daughter in the evenings!
