Shannon Joseph, MD, is an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon specializing exclusively in plastic surgery of the eyes and face. Dr. Joseph received her medical training from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins, followed by a highly specialized fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, accredited by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
