Shannon has over 20 years of market research experience with over 15 years dedicated to the healthcare sector. Shannon leads a team of dedicated researchers focused on medical devices and technology and a team focused on traditional pharmaceutical offerings. Her experience over the years has included significant research across stakeholders in the healthcare space both in a hospital and practice setting, as well as work with payers, and pharmacists in addition to patients and caregivers. Working with traditional research approaches as well as newer technologies, Shannon guides clients to make strong business decisions with relevant information. Shannon has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Meredith College and a Bachelors of Science degree from Clemson University with a specialization in market research.
