Shan R. Baker MD, FACS

Shan R Baker MD treats each of his patients as if they were members of his own family, making careful assessments and ensuring they understand the procedure, goals and outcomes.

Dr. Baker has been a faculty member with the University of Michigan since 1977. He is a founding member of the Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery, which opened in 1990. Dr. Baker is an expert in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has edited several textbooks dealing with reconstructive surgery and has lectured worldwide on the subjects of facial cosmetic surgery, in particular nose surgery.
