Mr. Shaligram Rane is currently working as Vice President & Site Head of Quality at Lupin Ltd. Prior to Lupin, he has associated with various organizations like Intas, Dishman, Cadila, Glenmark, Sun, Aarti, and Govt. Polytechnic College. Recently, Intas has been approved by EMA for marketing authorization without any critical or major observation. His major areas of expertise in quality systems, GMP activities, quality control, SAP-ERP system, and designing of quality systems according to various country-specific regulatory requirements e.g. USFDA, EMA, GCC, MCC, ANVISA, MHRA, Schedule M, and TGA, etc. by proving successful track record.

He has delivered lectures on pharmaceutical quality assurance at various international/national events and to pharma students. He handled successfully more than 300 different types of inspection e.g. regulatory, customer, business partners, and organization, and inspected more than 100 pharma industries/contract test laboratories. He played Group Leader / Team Leader in most of the inspections with a successful track record in every organization. Always be a team member in the cost reduction committee.
